It seems that she is actually resigning so that the democrats can appoint someone to her seat and retain their majority.

And next week or just after the 1st of the year, I’m sure she will find herself in a comfy job either in the Colorado state government or a “director” or some such in the obamacare regime.

And since her seat wasn’t up for election in 2014 … I believe she just assured that seat is Dem and anti-gun until 2016.

We couldn’t stop her from resigning. But note that the message is clearly sent. Hudak is out of office because of her vote to support Bloomberg’s legislation.

Secretary of State Scott Gessler confirmed on-air this morning that the vacancy replacement will be on the NEXT GENERAL ELECTION ballot – i.e. Nov 2014 – and NOT serve out the full term until 2016.
