Why evade the security? A wealthy friend of mine who flies frequently reports that the first class dinners still come with real steak knives that one can carry from plane to plane at layovers, without having to pass through any security.
For that matter, in my economy class flights I’ve been subjected to germ warfare from ill people coughing, sneezing and wheezing any number of times. They weren’t stopped at security, and the whole plane got to share their virus every time.
