FBI stops listening to hate group about hate groups
The Southern Poverty Law Center, who basically labels everyone that doesn’t agree with them hate groups or terror groups, will no longer be used as a resource by the FBI for its hate crime webpage.

The FBI as an institution does a whole lot of interesting things but also a few really strange, silly things. Using a political policy to attempt an assessment of criminal intent in the US is one of the more silly things they have ever done.
I don’t ever want to explain to my kids that I came to the attention of the FBI because of a bumper sticker on my car, the church I attend, or who I voted for; I’d much rather it be more like how Nick Cage got involved with the FBI in The Rock.

Good. The SPLC’s basic position for the past two decades has been every rural evangelical Christian gun-owning male is automatically a closet racist/terrorist.
Although it is quite surprising to see Eric Holder’s Justice Department support a step like this. Perhaps they don’t know what the FBI is doing?

Thank goodness! Perhaps they will stop showing the rat faced Bob Ross haired hemorrhoid on television now.
Too much power for a small minded bureaucrat to ever wield, but the progressives love him, as they label not only those that disagree with the SPLC but anyone that is not a communist gets it as well.
