Well, we must have low IQs, if only because we find it impossible to wrap our heads around the bizarro world facts, assertions and logic that these, our betters, find so obvious with their delusional enlightened minds.
Well, I don’t live in his district, but I do occasionally go into his district to go shooting. And I am a (proud) member of the NRA. If he really believes what he said, why would he be so quick to provoke?
Not a senator (not even a state senator), not running for senator.
He’s a “restaurant management consultant” who is running in a district that could probably run a life size Winnie the Pooh doll and still go Republican.
I meant to clarify — he’s a political noob who is running for a House of Representatives seat, because the Democratic Party has to run _someone_ so it isn;t an unopposed race, but doesn’t want to damage the future prospects of anyone competant by running them in a doomed to fail run for Congress.
This part of Virginia is known for letting the absolute weirdest and weakest Democrat candidates run in foregone elections, partially to weed them out in a way that they will still contribute time and money to the party in the future, but won’t bother anyone in the party heirarchy by attempting to run again (or at least not in any potentially competitive election).
I’ve been accused of being sub-human. I’ve also been accused of having a low I.Q. (both charges usually levelled by XGFs.)
But at least I don’t vote for people who ridicule an organization that promotes safe and responsible gun-handling.
