Are they transferrables?
I seem to recall that guns that were in police possession before 1934 were never in the registry so you’d need to be an FFL/SOT.
They could be amnesty registered, or they could be at the PD on a Form 5 and transferable. If they are not registered or on a Form 10, they are not transferable.Jack.
They are probably transferable. The Form 10 didn’t exist when PDs were acquiring these.
Form 5, baby!
The very bottom of the article indicates they are transferable.
Nice relics, but I want a new one, in 10mm, with a titanium receiver, for under $1k.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
