So when the dog catches the car and has to address job loss to trade imbalances (or any number of practical policy problems), but the dog can’t do anything about it by ideological rule, then what? I mean, it’s a corporation’s CHOICE to ship jobs overseas.
The Jack, Exactly! They’re leaving for a reason. We can have a choice, a federal minimum wage of $170 per hour and lots of bloated “Job Safety” agencies and regulations that have long outlived their usefulness and now are just passing edicts to justify their existence….or we can have jobs here.
So, you keep pushing, and pushing, and pushing, then bitch when they notice being pushed and do what they have to to survive. There are a lot of ways we could stop pushing and let the value of a local workforce motivate corporations to stay home. There are a lot of ways we can improve the local workforce. I’d sure vote for guys that would at least stop pushing, and everything else would be gravy.

Me too, I’m really thinking with all that’s happening with the GOP it’s too far gone to be saved.

The GOP left me years ago.
It needs me more than I need it.
I would rather lose to an opponent than be sold out by someone I supported.

Met: of all the complaints about Libertarian ideas you pick “Them furriners will take our jerbs!”
Oh-kay then. Because the current corporatist/statist/soclaist/palo ideas are so great at keeping buisnesses from fleeing the country.
