I suspect that the number of guns “recovered” but not used in a violent crime (i.e. not solely a violation of the SAFE act) have gone through the roof. That’s the only “recovery” they care about.

Why, it is almost like “gun control” did exactly what it was supposed to – create more crime to perpetuate the “need” for “gun control”.

Somebody enlighten me. Is “Stop and Frisk” still being done in NYC?
I’m thinking that might have a greater effect than the SAFE legislation. (Not that the SAFE legislation had anything to do with actual crimefighting.)
