But Junior turned a decade today. Kind of a big deal. Busy. Talk amongst yourselves.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

My theory of time compression as children age:
When a child is 1 year old, a year = 100% of her life.
When a child is 2 years old, a year = 50% of her life.
For a 3 year old, 33.3%.
4 years old, 25%.
5 years, 20%.
10 years, 10%.
As you can see, each successive year must go by more quickly than the last, because each passing year is a smaller percentage of that child’s life.
The velocity of passing years speeds up each year until after 10, it seems like each passing year lasts only a month or even less.
This is why you should enjoy your kids while you can. The time passes quickly with them, and more quickly every year.
