I must not be insurrectionist enough; before DOOT’s report I’d never heard of a “threeper”.

Outlaw Bikers are 1%ers which was hijacked by the #occupy group.
I’m just glad they’re noticing that not even every gang banger is dangerous. The tricky part for “Progressives” is to KEEP them locked up once you catch them.

So… 60% of [“illegally” owned? Used?] firearms in Chi were not purchased inside City limits, which seems to say 40% were? How, considering it has for years been near-impossible to legally buy inside the city?
And no, I had never heard the term “threepers” before, though I have often of bypassing some legalistic junk in a similar way. Heck, I used o travel the six miles or so to cross the State border to buy shampoo, which was prescription-only in one State but over-the-counter in the other.
