Can be changed in less than two minutes? How long does it take to swap uppers in a regular AR? Or rather than swap uppers, why not get another lower and have two complete rifles?

Same gun with 5.56 and 300 blk barrels. I hope they are visually distinguishable from one another. the results of a 300 blk shot in a 5.56 barrel aren’t pretty.
