His goal is not to do this himself. His goal is to plant the idea in some mush headed individual who will do it. Mike will get the result, but will be at arms length and claim hyperbole and artistic license.

Forget this evil twit’s little plan; he doesn’t have the balls to carry it out.
But I’ve said before though that there’s a real chance that one of “our” guys, legally CWP and treating his family to a bite, might have his protect mode triggered by imbeciles coming in Chipotle style. Then the antis will have something real for a change to tear into us about.
Best way to deal with idiots is don’t be an idiot.

Note also his particular callousness for the peace officers who will have to live with the mental trauma of knowing that he killed someone for no good reason.
