   Hey, I’m with the moron, as long as it is universal…
   Homes with guns have the old sign:

   “Never Mind the Dog, Beware of Owner” with the cartoon gun muzzle,

   Gunless homes have the more contemporary but ubiquitous sign:

   “Gun Free Zone” with the pretty red circle/slash.

   Then even the dumbest thug would know what to do.

   I do have one of those signs that shows I have a home security system on my house.

   Of course I’ve never been worried that I might come home one day to find that somebody broke in and stole my alarm system to sell on the black market.

   For those who have a problem with guns in the home I suggest they post a sign in front of their homes proclaiming “No guns in the house. Please be gentle 🙂

   And, if they are particularly concerned for the safety of their wife or girlfriend, they can add “My old lady has a bad case of the clap” A number of legislators and government officials (in Colorado and elsewhere)have sworn to the effectiveness of this kind of statement.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
