No, because Remington doesn’t make the 7625?? (7615) any more. Wonder how soon these will be banned or if it isn’t a permanent change (gas block remains) then they will probably still be treated as semi-autos once states along the coasts get back to banning more guns. They’ll argue once a semi-auto always a semi-auto, just like machine guns.
What if you replaced the bolt hold-open on the AR-15 lower receiver so it caught the bolt every time, rather than only when the magazine follower pushed it up? It would no longer be semi-automatic, or auto-loading. Instead, it would be auto-ejecting, but manual loading.
