Don’t hold your breath. They’re down to about 5% of the population in the UK, and that tiny percentage doesn’t (in the main) believe in defensive gun use – just “sporting purposes.”

And they’ll even defend registration.
Another takeaway from this. It’s *never* EVER enough.
Even the UK’s gun control laws aren’t restrictive enough for ’em.

There’s an idea in there. How many firearms enthusiasts would be willing to emigrate to Great Britain for a real chance at freedom? 10 Million? 20 Million? 30 Million? Enough to take over the country by sheer weight of numbers? If there were enough of us, we could take the Sceptered Isle and make it ours — political system, constitutional foundation, laws, and all!
