ATF asking about internet sales on forms

From John Richardson:

It is within this context that I was surprised by a new question on the ATF Form 8 ((5320.11) Part II. This form is for the renewal of a Federal Firearms License I have circled it in the photo below. Having had my Curios & Relics FFL for going on 18 years, this will make my sixth renewal of my collector’s license. My last renewal was in 2011 and it did not have this question on it.

How can one know the future? This is a very vague thing, asking if one will ever do anything in the future. If one says “No” and 10 years later sells a firearm using an internet ad, is one liable to prosecution?

It’s very simple. The communists hate guns they don’t directly control and they hate communication they don’t directly control.

They’ve hated self defense capability since the pointy stick was invented. They’ve been chomping at the bit over the internet since it first appeared, wondering now they’re going to get control of it.

ZOMG INTERNET GUN SALES!! is a perfect marriage of two of the most-hated-by-communists things since the privately owned and operated corporation. It’s almost as bad as having a neighbor with a nicer car, nicer house and a prettier wife. NOTHING pisses off a communist more than seeing people doing really cool things all on their own, enjoying it, getting really good at it, and being successful a result.

It’s insult piled upon injury. First, they see people being good at things while enjoying themselves (which is totally unfair) and THEN the people enjoying themselves GET REWARDED for it rather than punished for it!!!! It’s a totally, upside down, fucked-up world and they’re going to set things right.

  3. Lyle Says:

It’s also kind of clever, in that they’ll get the majority of Mom & Pop gun stores on their side, cheering them on if only secretly.

A LOT of the Progressive communist agenda has been helped along by private corporations, seeing legal restrictions, special taxes and licensing as a means of using the coercive power government to suppress their competition.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
