In MA
A second amendment case for stun guns:
The Supreme Judicial Court is being asked to decide whether a state law that prohibits private citizens from possessing stun guns infringes on their right to keep and bear arms. In an unusual twist, the court is also being asked to examine whether the Second Amendment right to defend yourself in your own home applies in the case of a homeless person.

I just went and read the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and I did not see ay reference to home or domicile.

The right is to armed self defense, not to a specific locale.
It will be amusing to see the MA judiciary pretzel themselves in denying this.

This is going to hurt the antis pretty badly. Even if the state supreme court says she is wrong they already know what will happen if this reaches a higher power.

Today stun guns, tomorrow light sabers.

I honestly think knives and swords are also protected under the 2nd Amendment.
