I will be negative here by pointing out the laws in NY, CT, NJ, CO passed after the Newtown shooting are still in force, and WA just passed the risibly vague, enforced at whim I-594.
Is that five wins for the anti-gun side, or not?

Now, I will say, that as many firearms as I own, this is definitely one of those non-gun-owning households. Heck, I won’t even talk to the Census. For some reason, they have me on the long form, but in 2010 all I put was “3” for the number of people that lived here. The poor guy they sent out (twice) tried to claim they’d never received it; I told him to take that up with the USPS. I don’t think they ever got even the “3”. Certainly no more. I will lie about every damn thing on any questionairre. The only valid datum on my facebook is my gender.
