That leaves only city police, the Highway Patrol, the armed officers of the DEA, ATF, IRS, DoT, etc., and every prosecutor in the state to arrest people over transfers.
Is it constitution or just law? Does the Sheriff swear to protect the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, or does he swear to enforce all laws passed by the legislators? In fact, I’d think the Sheriff is sworn to protect the citizens from unconstitutional laws.

Too vague, and not a violation of the Oath to uphold and protect the constitution as required by the states under Incorporation Doctrine?
