Most pertinent question is where is the delegated power in the Constitution for restricting or denying the pre-existing human right to acquire, possess and carry the means of self defense? Because the government may do NOTHING for which it has not been granted delegated powers according to the plain wording of the 10th Amendment. And delegated powers always come from the GREATER to the LESSER.
