Magloader

Anyone tried these? My mag loader doesn’t seem into it any more.

    Well, they’re $450, so….no.

I just load all my 5.56×44, 7.62×39 and 7.62×51 on strippers, so when it’s time to load mags all I have to do is grab the right spoon. I call it my “knitting”, take a case and load them up while the wife drives us to her hometown. A 30 round mag of 5.56 takes but a few seconds in three operations vs a few seconds in one. For that price I kinda don’t mind a couple of extra motions. 7.62×39 strippers can reload Kalashnikova mags, and just slot right into the notch built into a Siminova. Solution in search of a problem, looks like.

Oh, $109.10 at Cheaper than dirt… Guess I will have a review next week…

I have two mag loaders. One consists of my fingers alone and the other consists of my finger plus clips and a guide “spoon”. Either way my magazines end up just as loaded.

  7. Lyle Says:

I don’t get it. By the time you placed all the cartridges, pointing in the same direction, into the LULA, you could just about have had them in the magazine already. OK I’ll shut up.

  8. Siergen Says:

Maybe if you let your auto-loader fire off half the rounds she loads…

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
