Lt. Governor Dan Patrick who runs the Senate as part of his duties has announced that contrary to everything he said on the campaign trail, he just doesn’t think Open Carry is a good idea.

This is the sort of thing that gets Democrats elected here in TX, which is even worse than Patrick’s 180 on OC.

At what point did he say he doesn’t think OC is a good idea? I’m asking honestly because every article I’ve read never quotes him as saying anything close to that.
