I tried to explain to two friends the difference between a scientific law, theory and hypothesis.
When I was done they assured me MMGW was a law just like gravity and thermodynamics.
I went home and poured myself a strong glass of Irish whiskey.

Ron W, I tried to explain that if you could or would not defend your theory with facts, it was a belief. Religion is a belief, a matter of faith.
Nothing wrong with a belief but just don’t call it science. Don’t say everyone who disagrees with you some kind of dolt.

Oh I totally agree, Gerry. They used to say ” global warming” but now its “climate change”. We have had cooler summers recently and much colder winters, but all that is set aside for the admitted religious reasons. But the major reason is to get a carbon tax and more control over us…money and power.

Bill Nye, what a tool. I had a friend in elementary school by that name, and he was a science guy; a real one. It comforted me to determine that the TV one was about 8 years older, so it wasn’t the same guy. The TV one needs to be ridiculed and deprecated, not to mention slapped around.
