If it weren’t for a serious threat to the freedom of Vermont’s citizenry this travesty would be hilarious. The unfettered freedom to keep and bear arms, in Vermont, is relatively no problem. New York where there are stringent controls ( and NYC, where a carry permit is practically impossible to get ) festers with crime and violence. Naturally Bloomberg thinks the situation in Vermont could be improved by emulating the restrictions of New York, as if it were his business. It reminds me of the mindset of people who come from some sh_thole in the mid-east want to make the U.S. like home.
