She got fired for embracing amnesty. Screaming about her offhand comments about Iowa are IMHO just to divert attention from the fact that the libertarian movement is almost hand in glove with the Left on so many issues.
Yes, one has to wonder how/why Walker brought her on board in the first place. Did she conceal her identity? Was it a bad job of vetting by his staff? Or is he a secret amnesty supporter? He’s gonna have to live this one down.
“to divert attention from the fact that the libertarian movement is almost hand in glove with the Left on so many issues.”
The Junior Anti-Sex League feminist BS going on in the colleges certainly does remind me of similar episodes in the past century, none of which involve or remotely resemble libertarians.
As for immigration, the joke here is that the stupid anti-immigrationists are effectively helping the Left to lock Hispanic votes in the Democrat camp alongside the blacks – aiding and abetting the Left’s long range goal.
Might want to take a good look at that hand in the Leftist glove.
Those who want to conserve the Constitution and ALL of the Bill of Rights will be “hand in glove with libertarians” on many issues. Otherwise those on the Left and Right are often selective on rights and just differ on which ones and on which delegated powers to which they restrict the government.
When you say “anti-immigrationists” do you mean people who think our immigration laws should be enforced or that immigration laws should either not be enforced, or repealed? Otherwise, it seems the real anti-immigrationists are those who treat legal immigrants with selective discrimination and disdain by refusing to enforce laws against those who emigrate illegally and then impose on the rest of us to appease and accommodate them.

I woulda fired her for her immigration stance when Walker doesn’t want to appear to have that immigration stance.
Now, why did he hire her in the first place with that immigration stance, I don’t know.
