This is what “they say” happens when “guns fall into the wrong hands”. It was the reason that Secretary of State, Clinton gave to destroy surplus M-1 rifles from South Korea instead of making them available to U.S. Citizens whose parents and grandparents paid for them. You know those many crimes in which M-1 rifles have been used?
And speaking of “they”, the President referred to “them” quite a few times in this short clip with Jimmy Kimmel a week or so ago. Since he works for us, It seems Kimmel would have asked, “who are they?”

These shooters are merely following their customary lifestyle, which is just as good as ours. We should not be allowed to complain. /sarc

I grew up in Stockton. This kind of thing doesn’t surprise me at all. As a kid, our ice cream man was murdered and robbed a few blocks from our house in a nice neighborhood. There’s a reason Stockton is consistently rated one of the most miserable cities in America.
