We “won” until the Supreme Court is 5-4 the other way. Then we lose. That’s how this all works.

I’ll concur – keep up the fight, on all fronts. I think there’s merit in the proposed class action suit against BATFE for delays in Title II approvals. The suit probably won’t go anywhere, but one never knows, and lawfare is a tool the left has used successfully so we might as well use it, too. If nothing else it will get awareness of the issue in front of more people.

For every prog scum like this Mayor Barrett who delights in dancing in the blood of innocent babies and good people to further their agenda and obscure their own malfeasance, there is a courageous American like this Sheriff David Clarke Jr. to speak the truth and defend freedom. But it is a never-ending battle.
