My guess is he’ll get a fine and time served. Hillsborough County does not have all their records online the way Manatee does, so you have to read between some lines here. But he had a public defender.
As I said at Sean’s site, the SA will probably ask for 30 days and the judge will probably let him off with the three days he already spent in jail. They got a busy system down there, and they need that revolving door to keep spinning to handle all the “Florida Crazy” they got going on.
