They messed with Texas
Seems whenever I’m on travel, something interesting happens involving guns.
Or, as seen on the bookface, there is a Paris, Texas but Texas ain’t Paris. Seems a couple of Johnny Jihadis got their Sudden Jihad Syndrome on and decided to go shoot up a Texas art festival. Armed with rifles, they were shot dead by a security guard with a handgun.
The art festival was actually a draw Mohammed contest. This, apparently, results in blaming the victim, who should not have been dressed like that!
Nice shooting, Tex.
Update: Heh:

so let’s look again at the so-called ‘flypaper strategy’
Worked in Texas.

So many thoughts…
Interesting how some folks are pro-speech when insulting one religion, and not when it comes to another.
Also, apparently this guy was being “watched” by the FBI.
Bang up job, there.
Does this count as a gun used defensively, or does the security guard part disqualify it?

I understand it was a traffic cop not a security guard.

But but but… death spraying bullet hoses!!!
Too early?

There are also reports that the douchebags were wearing body armor, but that will probably end up being just lbe vests.
But still, allah’s gotta be disappointed in these numbskulls. How do you not know not to eff with Texas?

The main problem: The enemy is being ALLOWED IN THE GATES which indicates treason.

Sorry. Latest news from the AP is that the Sheriff was Blowin’ Smoke. Seems the Local Cop started to Shoot Back, then the SWAT Team came in and finished the Job.
Still no Score yet on how many rounds the Jihadi Jerkwads took, though.
Although the Obama White House has said some Crap about “…even Extremists have the Right not to face Violence,” or some such Crap.
So the Rule is ONLY DemoCommie Socialist Leftists are allowed to Draw Pictures of the Prophet, okay?
Hmmm. Most of THEM don’t own a Firearm, so if the Terrs wanted to go after them, hmmm.
Food for thought.

Perhaps the FBI wanted to make sure they had a chance to complete their mission.

The two corpses were home-grown numbskulls. From Arizona, not Babylonia. They had no f***ing clue. They thought they could just ride in, guns blazing, like Clint Eastwood. Or maybe Black Django (dunno, haven’t seen the POS). Didn’t reconnoiter, had no strategy, and didn’t know how to shoot either.

Seems to me that all of these jihadi douches are “…watched by the FBI…”. So when will they stop watching and actually do something?
Guess until then, me and my friends (Mr. Heckler and Mr. Koch) will continue to travel together.

MAJMike,
Probably just following orders, you know, like the Border Patrol, just watch them cross the border.

It’s the (snicker) watchman style of policing.

MAJMike: “Guess until then, me and my friends (Mr. Heckler and Mr. Koch) will continue to travel together.”
One of the more effective uses of a heckler’s veto.

I live in Texas. My older sister used to live in Arizona, and she often said there were some strange people there. I guess this demonstrates she was right.
Except that now there are two fewer strange people in Arizona, so the state has that going for it, which is nice.

Of course, the “powers that be” here consider those who possess and carry the means to kill terrorists to be at the top of their terror list.

Is “hunting over bait” like that legal in Texas?

We were lucky – this time.
