Were he not running for President, Christie would never have issued pardon.

That aint going to help him in the least. It’s already a obvious fact to anyone with a IQ higher than their shoe size that he’s a RINO. He’s just dreaming and wasting his time running for POTUS.

My first thought as well.
And it took almost two years, why? And who else did NOT get a pardon? If it’s a state law, that means he must have signed it? Or is it an older law? Did he push the legislature to repeal the stupid-ass law, or just give out the one pardon to a semi-special person?
