Laughingdog: Most prescription lenses today are plastic. My own prescription specs are tempered to Z87.1, the same standard as the safety glasses we required when I was an instructor at a multi-agency academy in the mid-00s. Even so, I always wear safety glasses on top of my prescription lenses. Can’t be too safe.
I would bet that the officer in this video is not well-loved by her minions (she’s wearing stripes, which probably mean she’s a supervisor), and someone took advantage of the chance to hoist her by her own petard.

I like how the blogger criticizing her isn’t wearing safety glasses in his example picture.

Is “You shoot like a receptionist” sexist?
