Young men are not eager to be castrated by the suicidal political left. What a surprise. Of course the leftist Washington Post would find that “mysterious”.
The idea that a young man would object to being disarmed, and then beaten and hacked to death by Muslim immigrants while they rape his wife, is utterly unfathomable to the WaPos, since it conflicts with their cultural Marxist vision of America’s future.
Not only do millennials support gun rights but they are the least afraid and most curios about my carrying a weapon. young woman seem the most OK with it. Woman millennials are the ones most often asking me about firearms and asking me to show them how to shoot for the first time. I pay for everything for first time millennial shooters. I also brag on Christ while I’m at. Then when they see the news say right wing, white, Christian, gun owners are a threat they know first hand it’s bunk. Save the republic one new shooter at a time. Like totally, right!
It might be, at root, simpler than that. Millenials have had to cope with DRM, etc., their entire lives, and their belief is that stuff should be free to download, listen to and hand around. It’s not that radical to extend that desire for freedom to other areas of their lives.
Consider that before video games (especially ones with the graphics to potray them) the most exposure a non-gun person had was movies, TV, and books.
Hardly interactive. And even those got people curious about guns.
Now with video games, especially customizable ones, peopel are more able to geek out and accessorize their weapons. Then add in that the internet has made learning about firearms easier…
And there’s more to get someone intriqued about firearms than before.

How else can they defend their entitlements from other Millennials who wish to redistribute the wealth? 😉

The young recognize absolute hypocrisy and lies pretty well. So of course they view gun control negatively.

They may oppose gun control, but they won’t be able to get a good grip on a pistol with that hand-sanitizer all over their paws.
