Those involved in the prosecution still need tar and feathers

Mom Not Guilty of Neglect for Letting Kids Play in Park

  1. Alien Says:

…..So, to recap: Last week President Obama signed national legislation allowing kids to walk to school, and this week we have a mom exonerated after letting her children play outside. Not bad for the Free-Range Kids movement.

So now as a “cure” for too much government the citizens victims of government need laws passes to prevent idiots in government from doing something stupid ?

  2. Lyle Says:

Yeah, now; what sort of tar do you get? Do you have to heat it up first? I suppose that if you don’t keep chickens or other fowl, you can probably buy feathers, but they’re not something you typically find at Wal Mart. There are still feather pillows being sold, I imagine, somewhere…

Some of the old skills are being lost.

Yeah, I believe that was refered to as a “constitution” once upon a time, in the long, long ago before the Progressive era.

  4. mikee Says:

Lyle, “tar and feathers” is as much an idea as an actual process. Syrup and Corn Flakes, Motor Oil and Sawdust, Crazy Glue and Fire Ants, it doesn’t really matter.

Fine point there mikee. Silicone seal and fibreglas fluff are my favourite. Try it!

  6. Mark Matis Says:

Not only do those involved in the prosecution still need tar and feathers, but the fine “Law Enforcement” officers who arrested her in the first place need bullets. To their heads. And to their families’ heads as well.

  7. mikee Says:

I, for one, wish to disassociate myself with the direct threats to specific persons Mark Matis just made. And I urge him to cool himself down and stop threatening people with death.

  8. Fred Says:

Children NOT playing in a park is neglect.

  9. Mark Matis Says:

I urge “Law Enforcement” to stop murdering people, if they wish to not be threatened with death in return. And urge their families to stop cheering them on, even when they know full well what they do.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
