Lacking the fortitude to do it himself, some namby pamby I’ve never heard of wants Obama to send men armed with guns to take your guns from you. Why are anti-gun activists so violent?
Meanwhile, a “journalist” at the Baltimore Sun is racist err more afraid of gun owners than criminals with guns. Because she’s insane:
I’m less afraid of the criminals wielding guns in Baltimore, I declared as we discussed the issue, than I am by those permitted gun owners. I know how to stay out of the line of Baltimore’s illegal gunfire; I have the luxury of being white and middle class in a largely segregated city that reserves most of its shootings for poor, black neighborhoods overtaken by “the game.”
Yes, that segregation only exists as long as someone chooses it to. And she wants a searchable database of all gun owners because, as she is a racist, she’s also a bigot.

Both of these writers are examples of a culture that has successfully convinced many educated, free, self-determining Americans to abdicate those rights, freedoms and responsibilities to what they have been further convinced are their betters, masters, protectors and providers. That “education” is very much an indoctrination, teaching that to be accepted into the enlightened elite, they must also see themselves as victims of and in danger from those who refuse to abdicate their own freedoms.
But of course they are only pawns, foot soldiers for a regime that holds them in contempt, far from accepting them as equals, they use and ridicule their simple-minded embrace of the propaganda. They know that only they are the truly elite, toying with their lessers of all persuasions.
And you know, I think 0 and/or his handlers are doing it pretty successfully in this most recent initiative…the whole “executive order” kerfuffle seems to have been mostly diversionary, doing little on its own while getting all the attention, and at the same time making significant backdoor changes in the interpretations, activities, methods, and mandates of existing laws and agencies…changes with serious and immediate effect.
And then, even here in this little town meeting/national position statement, is he toying with us, the unwashed clingers? Consider that ignorant sounding declaration where he’s dismissing the NRA’s criticism of his true aims: “…some imaginary fiction in which Obama’s trying to take away your guns.” This is not an ignorant man, but he thinks you are. Is there a hidden meaning in that double negative? “Imaginary fiction.” Don’t two negatives make a positive? Make it simple; take a one-question polygraph test, Bobo…Do you want to take guns away from Americans? Go ahead, I double-dog dare ya.

The question I always ask the Leftists – who will do it? I was a Marine then a National Guardsman – us? We took an oath not to do that. And we certainly aren’t going to go through our own neighborhoods taking our own and our neighbors Constitutionally protected property.
Cops? Not the local ones I know. None of the smarter ones. Federal cops – that will start the revolution real fast.
