I’ve stopped worrying about it, but it seems like every time somebody claims that nobody wants to confiscate guns (or even that Democrats, specifically, don’t want to confiscate guns), there’s some Democrat stepping up to open his mouth and prove otherwise.
Nobody wants to take your stuff away from you. Except all the people who do.
Gun confiscators will be hell bound with all the details of recording the propriety of each particular confiscation.
(Daily issue for me, paperwork, for which I just today got a “counseling”. Yeah, all heck broke loose yesterday, lockdown, per local pd, never happened before here, but I got a scolding today a “counseling” , over my paperwork. I tell ya, quit your break, run up to a “fight in progess on the 7th floor”, but when you get back to your post in the other building after responding to the fight in progress, they’ll bust your balls over not recording the exact minute of the end of their first “lockdown” ever, that ended in one building maybe (highly dubious orders to do so) after ending in your building, maybe. Bullshit. Nonsense, but they as much acknowledged it as such. Oh, well, here’s to MLK on Monday! Hoist a pint to a commie? Uh, who asked me about that? Think I’ll watch “Zulu” instead. Great movie.
BTW with regard to the incident, I’m the impassive scoundrel in the blue shirt behind the desk, if it comes up properly: http://fox23news.com/
It’s generic. Once there, search “Supervisor assaulted at NYS Education building, lockdown lifted” that’s the story. If you get video at Fox 23, Albany, I’m that particular cad in blue, behind the desk, with the white hair. News 10 was in the lobby with their cameras, but apparently they distribute their recordings.

Another case of “I want you to pay your neighbors to arm themselves for the purpose of coming and taking your arms while we watch on cable news”.
