I’m no lawyer, but I’m pretty sure that since it has to be unfolded into a shape that “looks like a gun” before firing it’ll avoid the AOW… Then again it’s basically a concept for now, so there’s that.

I can’t dispute that. But I wore a Sneaky Pete from Minnesota to Florida and back, and nobody had any idea it was something to fret about. (Well, except through Illinois, where its contents were unloaded and in the trunk.) Just call it a nerd pouch.

The link says that it does not exist yet. It’s just “concept”. Like the Chicago cops are not already shooting enough people with the excuse that their cell phone looked like a gun.
