20 minutes? Wow, what great service.
And what happens when they take 21? Do you get the next emergency call free?

It may suck for those being attacked, but you have to admit it’s a lot safer for the responders if they show up after the attackers have done their business and fled. Safety First, you know.
And besides; maybe the attackers are just operating within their cultural norms. Just because we eschew violence doesn’t mean other cultures don’t embrace it. If that’s the case, then who are we to deny them their culture? We’re just bigots, that’s what. We should be supplying the attackers with weapons and logistical support by way of cultural diversity, not escalating the violence by opposing them, right? Reacting to them with violence of our own only creates more criminals, and so it makes us worse than criminals.
Am I right? Of course I’m right; I’ve got the Progressive shitbag narrative down pat.
So; a Safety First policy on one hand and cultural tolerance and diversity on the other. 20 minutes? Why respond at all? Maybe to shake their hands and thank them for exposing us to other cultures and other lifestyles and thereby broadening our horizons, while showing them that we mean them no harm? Maybe to offer them cash if they promise to strive to murder fewer people next week than they murdered this week (progress is worth striving for, right? We all like progress).

“Fighting for your life for 20 minutes is kind of tough.”
Yeah, and deadly for the unprepared.

…so if they take longer than 20 minutes, does anyone get fired? No? Or is this like Domino’s where if it takes too long to show up you get a coupon for 50% off your next terrorist atrocity?
Are they gonna do as good a job as they did last time they made a hard-and-fast promise of military response… you know, that whole “Keeping the Germans out of the Rhineland” thing?
