Under what article of the constitution are these rules made? Oh, and the permission scheme destroys small businesses through cost. But who cares because everybody should only get the stuff they sell at k-mart. You don’t need new, better or interesting things in the glorious revolution.

I don’t even smoke and this stuff pisses me off. If a man has a cigar on his deck in the cooling evening air who exactly is the victim?

W.r.t. E-smoking, it’s almost a flip from way back when.
In the past (or present in most states) “head” shops would sell items but only for tobacco purposes and definitely NOT for marijuana.
Now, in some states, it’s entirely possible you will be able to buy vaporizers, but only for cannabis oil, and definitely NOT tobacco.

What…the…hell.
