I have zero sympathies for these guys. They have an incredibly inept sales team. I went in there last December and found a Quicksilver silencer on sale. I filled out the BATFE paperwork (no other ID info requested by the salesman aside from a driver’s license, by the way) and put down a deposit. This entire transaction, by the way, was verified by two salesmen, and the store owner even saw me filling out The Form. I reached out to them a few weeks ago to inquire about the status of my paperwork with the ATF, as well as quiz them about their lack of requesting LEO notification confirmation, fingerprints etc.. Instead of receiving a reply regarding my specific questions, they claimed they were calling me to let me know that I hadn’t paid for the silencer in full as per store policy (again, the down-payment was approved by two salesmen), and that I still needed to fill out a Form 4. When I told them that I already had, they claimed to have no record of any paperwork. They obviously lost it, and didn’t want to admit it, and also were trying to reneg on my earlier transaction. I told them to refund my deposit and adios. Instead of arguing, or turning me over to a manager or the owner (I’ve been in retail 30+ years and that’s always the routine when your store is being unfairly criticized and a sale lost) they quietly agreed and that was that.
I believe these are the same guys that were broken into and robbed last year as well. Not a quality operation at all.

Uh, these guys opened in March. They can’t be your incompetents.
There seems to be a similar Nova firearms that was broken in, but that is not these guys.
