The FBI had said that using the no fly list to limit gun sales was bad because it might tip off a suspect. But Loretta Lynch would rather stop gun sales than give the FBI a chance to do its job.

There are still a few judges who believe in due process. So if they try this, they are going to find themselves in court being questioned about sources.

If Achmed the terrorist can’t get his guns and ammo, he’ll just probably figure that filling a van with waterbed bladders full of gasoline and ramming the walls at 60 mph is just too much work and they’ll just ban anyone on the no-fly list from buying gasoline anyway.

Lynch just stepped out of the jungle. No due process, no Second Amendment, no Constitution, no Bill of Rights, no rule of law. Just pure lust for power, and pity you if you aren’t in power.
We are being ruled by African despots, not Americans. Americans believe in due process, we believe in our Bill of Rights, our Constitution and the rule of law. The Obama administration is not American, because it does not think like Americans. It is a foreign body, lodged in America, and as such, it must be expelled, and good riddance to its evil against us.

The whole “no fly list” needs to be redone.
If Achmed thinks the Feds are on to him, all he needs to do is buy an airline ticket and show up to board. If he’s banned, now he knows.
And imho, if you are too dangerous to fly, why are you running around loose with access to cars and knives, say nothing of guns.
Either build a case against the bastards and imprison or deport them, or …
Or at the very least let us challenge the list in case Pres. B*tch gets in and decides ALL MEMBERS OF THE NRA GO ON THE LIST.

“No fly list” is an ARBITRARY and SECRET violation of the 5th Amendment. The landmark SCOTUS Miranda ruling was based on the 5th Amendment. But I suppose liberals don’t care as long as the 2nd Amendment is being infringed.
