Pleased to see that Mark Kirk was a “no” vote on both the Democrat and Republican proposals. I’ve been waffling on whether to vote for him, but now I like him better.
Like I keep reminding everybody, all we’ve gotten from the courts is crumbs. Small crumbs. The meaningful victories are in Congress and the state legislatures.
