Schools are becoming the problem
A kid supposedly says something racist. The school calls the cops. That’s kind of a school or parental issue. Not a criminal one.

It’s part of the indoctrination. Everything is a police issue. Your local McDonalds runs out of chicken nuggets; call 911. In no case attempt to deal with problems yourself. You’re not qualified. The experts know. They’re trained, you’re not. Let them do their jobs.

This school policy of calling the police for speaking about food is clearly going to have, and is having, a “chilling effect” on free speech. That makes it actionable. Sue the school board and the police department. Sue the administrators of the school and the district, as well as the police administrators and police offers personally. All for civil rights violations. Punch back twice as hard.
