LORD God, bless the Knox County Sheriff, his Chief Deputy, all the deputies and their staff. Put a hedge of protection around them. Give them all a deep understanding of your natural law, oh God, that we might prevail against evil in this, the end time, for your glory, through Jesus by whom all freedom comes.”
Summertime is open season on grandpas! Of course, you can’t taze those bearded bozos at Christmastime, since you might mistakenly get Santa, and we wouldn’t want to taze Santa by mistake, would we? Think of the children! Restraint is always the proper decorum for the law enforcement officer, but this week, I have to admit, I was feeling a little bit frivolous. Still, it’s Friday night, and I don’t have to deal with any more crap until Monday, which is a ways away.
I daresay, Grandpa got the email – it was delivered electronically.
If that was my Grandpa, endangering himself in traffic, I wish that he would be dealt with as efficiently as this man was. Pure professionalism.
That cop is my nominee for “Cop of the Year”. Wacko Grandpa very efficiently packaged. I’m sure that his family was relieved that he wasn’t hurt or killed in traffic. Cops do good like that.
Douche? Uh, no. Proud of how he was handled. Should they have ignored him, and let him get hit by a car? What would his family say about that? They’d sue for him being ignored when his life could have been saved. Law enforcement has a responsibility to react. Don’t believe it? Well then, just call the Bloods or the Crips when you have shortness of breath or chest pains. They’ll stop by and rob you. They’re savages like that.
