It’s a rogue organization from the get go, and should be abolished at the earliest opportunity. Instated by one of the most evil American presidents, its only purpose has been to trespass on the rights of citizens. There is no place for it in a free society.

In fact the MSPB ruled a few months ago that not only can government employees violate regulations, they can also be disciplined for refusing to violate them.
