A look at handgun stopping power
Via Joe, comes this interesting read that compiles data from different shootings. It lists shots on target, caliber, one shot stop numbers, and other info. It’s worth the read.
Obviously, the 9mm is the best because it was used to shoot the most people.
Trolling aside, just looking at the break down of rifle and shotgun numbers says a lot about handgun effectiveness.

You forgot to say that you are using the wrong caliber, your gun sucks, and you are holding it wrong.
