@rickn8or, why yes it is, even though it has NO delegated powers to do so and is specifically forbidden to do so according to “the Supreme Law of the Land”.
United States has handed out a vast but persistently uncountable quantity of military firearms to its many battlefield partners in Afghanistan and Iraq. Today the Pentagon has only a partial idea of how many weapons it issued, much less where these weapons are.
Yeah, because when the Iraqi Army or Afghan Army has someone sell them off or steal them it’s the US Army’s fault because reasons.
