Quote of the day
JT:
Speaking of libertarian, I wish the Libertarians would run libertarians again. Instead of gun-banning tax and spenders that drank the Glowball Warmening Kool Aid..

Just saw a TV ad by Gary Johnson yesterday and he pledged “to keep the government out of your bedroom”. Does that mean as long as I keep my “papers and effects” and guns in my bedroom, the federal government will honor the 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments? If my financial papers are in my bedroom, the IRS has no authority? Or is it as was said about Bill Clinton, “it’s just about sex” so leave him alone.

The Libertarian Party seems to have been co-opted by moonbat Progressives, like everything else. I knew it was over when I saw Ron Paul campaigning among 911 Truthers at what appeared to be a frat party some years ago. If it’s stupid, juvenile and completely fucked up, the Libertarian Party is right there.
It’s a neat trick though isn’t it, taking the founding principles of America and making them look like a stoned frat rat with a tin foil hat and wearing his underwear outside his pants? Ha ha ha.
The party has jumped the shark, or whatever it is that worthless political parties jump these days.

@Lyle, The “most worthless political parties” are and have been the Democrats and Republicans. The present Libertarians seem to have joined them, taking a few pages from each.
I consider myself to be libertarian within a Constitutional framework and in my thinking of not being constrained to operate with the accepted dialogue of the two “most worthless political parties”.
