I strongly disagree that they should be prosecuted for any crime. I’m a pro gun activist and renounce all attempts to make criminals of them for buying, holding, owning, transporting, selling or any other dis- positional change in status of any and all firearms.
Having said that, sue the fuck out them til they be bankrupt vagabonds. They indeed did misrepresent the plaintiffs.
