An initiative in WA that would allow authorities to seize guns from those deemed significantly more likely to commit violence toward themselves or others in the near future.

Little correction for you–It’s not a bill, it’s an initiative so it will go before the voters. Same voters that approved universal background checks a few years ago.

Maybe they could also put an initiative on the ballot to require criminals to give their intended victims 24 hours notice before committing the crime.
