The tolerant left is rioting, even here locally there were protests covered on the radio that turned heated. Those that go on about democracy are unhappy with democracy, apparently. They’re protesting Trump. Not wars or the surveillance state.
If I lived in an area prone to such things, I’d probably keep some food and water in my car in case you’re stuck on a road for hours because the “everybody gets a trophy” generation decided to come out of their safe space and have a tantrum.

I’ll second the motion, and add that safe space people tantrums or not, it’s a good idea to keep some water, food and a blanket or two in the car anyway. Spare batteries for your light and a reload or two ain’t bad choices, either.

Meaningless peaceful protests are one thing, I get it, they didn’t get their base to the polls and they’re unhappy.
Riots are another goddamn thing altogether.

Up here at the edge of the forest in cattle-country the rioting Sparkly Sno-Cones would be melted-down by Vets with anger-management issues – and probably our Sheriff too.
