Proving once again that NFA laws are stupid
One is a firearm, one is an NFA item, and one is an AOW. And, no, I don’t know which.

My guess: The rifle-like front sight post and the small barrels make me think the bottom one is a .410 with a rifled barrel, making it basically a double-barreled pistol, so not an SBS or AOW.
No idea about the other ones.

Depends on when they were manufactured.
One was converted from a shotgun (AOW) after 68, one was made that way long time ago before 68, and the third was made that way but done after 68.

The one in the middle looks like a cut-down shotgun to me, making it the $200 NFA. Of the other two, the one with the .45LC/.410 rifled barrel would be the GCA firearm, and the smoothbore would be the AOW.
But that makes sense, so it’s probably bureaucratically incorrect. Deaf Smith is right and you have to go with what they were originally registered as.
